Digital ESG Advisor (Dutch Speaking)

Are you a passionate sustainability professional with a strong technical background? Do you want to play a pivotal role in helping organizations with ESG Transformations.

Our client within financial service sector is on a mission to help companies achieve their ESG transformation goals. However, their biggest challenge is bridging the gap between ambitious NetZero goals and practical implementation.

I'm looking for someone who:

• Holds a master's degree within accounting or finance or sustainability related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience with data analysis, ERP systems, ESG tools or audit software.
• 3+ years of experience with sustainability or financial reporting, control or assurance.
• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks & standards, such as (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, TCFD & IFRS).
• Has a deep understanding of ESG topics and their intersection with business operations.
• Affinity with sustainability material topics (Enviornmental & Social) & GHGP.
• Is skilled at bridging the gap between ESG, business needs, and System & Data solutions.
• Has experience in consultancy, preferably in the financial sector.
• Is fluent in Dutch (native) and English.

Who is interested in:

• Crafting and implementing Tech & Data strategies that support sustainability objectives.
• Embedding ESG initiatives, such as NetZero and Climate change disclousures, into digital systems.
• Designing robust data architectures to meet upcoming ESG compliance requirements and control KPIs.
• Converting Data points of financial & non-financial disclosures in to systems for ESG Tranformations.
