The company seeks a dynamic IAM Engineer to join its team. As a pivotal member, the candidate will play a key role in securing the company's digital landscape. With a deep understanding of IAM principles and practical experience with ServiceNow, the successful applicant will design, implement, and manage robust identity and access controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement innovative IAM solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the administration and optimization of the company's ServiceNow-based IAM platform.
• Foster seamless integration between IAM systems and business applications.
• Safeguard the company's digital assets by driving security and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline IAM processes and enhance efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven IAM expertise with a minimum of four years' experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with Enterprise IAM/IGA products and ServiceNow (Clear Skye preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of user lifecycle management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance.
• Strong grasp of IAM standards, protocols, and technologies (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, etc.).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
