The Role

In this dynamic role, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of various projects in the field of supporting structures. You will have the opportunity to engage in all project phases, tackling concrete challenges and contributing to the development of sustainable and economical solutions. Throughout the process, you will collaborate closely with project managers, internal departments, clients, suppliers, and authorities to ensure successful project delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Participate in the planning and processing of diverse supporting structures projects.
• Address technical challenges across all project phases.
• Support project management by providing technical expertise and analysis.
• Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Actively contribute to the development of sustainable and cost-effective solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree (FH) or Master's degree (ETH) in Civil Engineering.
• Prior professional experience is a plus, but recent graduates with a strong academic background are also encouraged to apply.
• A strong interest in structural engineering and its role in sustainable development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
• A problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and a focus on goal-oriented communication.
• A positive attitude, a sense of humor, and a willingness to learn.
• Fluency in German is essential. Additional language skills are a plus.
