Air Compressor Service Technician

I'm currently recruiting for an Air Compressor Service technician to work around the Minneapolis, MN area.

Salary: $70,000 - $104,000 (Base) + Overtime + Benefits + Commission

Location: You will be required to cover the Minneapolis, MN area

Full-Time Position

Benefits: Compnay vehicle, gas card, cell phone, latop etc.

This is for a distributor of compressed air products.

Responsibilities:

• You'll be responsible for diagnosing and fixing issues with a range of equipment, including air compressors, air dryers, auto drains, flow controllers, vacuum pumps, and blowers.
• You will maintain open communication with both the customer and the Service Manager, ensuring you clearly present all available options for necessary repairs, upgrades, or other customer requirements.
• Offer diagnostic evaluations, maintenance, repairs, and technical assistance for a wide range of electrical, mechanical, and compressed air applications.
• You will provide guidance and support to fellow Service Technicians through training and assistance.
• You will actively promote and adhere to safety protocols, emphasizing the correct usage of personal and protective equipment.
• You will handle the setting up, installation, and piping of compressor systems as required.
• You will participate in a rotating 24/7/365 on-call schedule with fellow Technicians, organized by the Service Manager.

Requirements:

• Possessing a valid driver's license is a requirement.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a technician role is necessary.
• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, or electronic repair is essential.
• Demonstrating a strong customer-centric approach and a commitment to fulfilling customer requirements is a key aspect of the position.
• You must be equipped with all the necessary basic tools for the job.
• Experience maintaining air compressors
