Senior Content Designer / UX Writer - 6+ Month Contract - Zurich

We are currently working with a market leading platform in their search for a Freelance Content Designer.

Responsibilities:

• Advocate for user needs through UX writing for multiple channels.
• Collaborate with UX researchers and designers to ensure quality and usability.
• Utilise data and research insights to inform further decisions.
• Maintain consistency in tone and style across products.
• Provide constructive feedback in product reviews alongside stakeholders to align on wider goals.
• Collaboration with the Product Manager for the strategy.

Your experience:

• 4+ years experience with UX writing.
• Cross channel content writing skills.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with researchers, product teams and stakeholders.
• Microcopy / Localisation skills to assist on additional topics.
• Holistic contribution as well as strategy mindset.

Ideally you would bring industry experience from the likes of eCommerce, design agencies or large scale digital business'.

• Location: Zurich & Home Office, with occasional office visits
• Workload: 3 days per week / 60%
• Languages: English Fluent
• Start: June 2024
• Rate: Negotiable
