Senior Grid Connection Engineer

I'm working with a globally recognised leader in electrical network infrastructure services. They specialise in providing end-to-end project management, engineering, and consulting solutions for a diverse range of customer infrastructure projects spanning various voltage levels.

Responsibilities:

• Independently plan, calculate, and tender for 110 kV switchgear projects.
• Assist in facilitating facility approval processes.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation to ensure project accuracy.
• Develop and assess electrical engineering concepts for seamless integration into the 110 kV grid.
• Execute plans for converting primary/secondary technology within project timelines.
• Provide support to employees, aiding in work processes and management.
• Contribute to project management tasks for infrastructure projects.
• Offer expert guidance on optimizing electrical infrastructure to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering/energy technology or equivalent.
• Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated professional experience in plant operation and construction work within distribution network infrastructure.
• Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Willingness to travel, coupled with exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to task completion.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office suites.
