Azure Network DevOps Engineer

Are you a seasoned Azure Network DevOps Engineer ready to make an impact?

We're collaborating with a leading Dutch fin-tech organization. If you are based in the Netherlands and have expertise in developing and operating Azure-based network products and solutions, preferably in the banking sector, we'd like to hear from you!

Role and Responsibilities:

• Experience in developing and operating Azure-based Network products and solutions to enable application teams to deploy and manage their application's network connectivity.
• Implement automation and self-service setups to streamline operations.
• Experience in monitoring, alerting, and handling incidents in Azure-based Network setups.
  
  

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in a relevant field in Azure network engineering, DevOps automation, or related areas.
• Azure certifications such as AZ-700 and AZ-500 would be highly advantageous.
• Extensive experience with Azure DevOps and demonstrated proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, including the design and deployment of ARM templates, PowerShell, and Bicep.
• Proven ability to create requirements for orchestrating application infrastructure and translate them into Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills, a robust security focus, and risk awareness.
• Affinity with both traditional and cloud networking, possessing a growth mindset and service-oriented approach.
• Microsoft Azure certified Solution Architect (AZ-305) and/or Azure DevOps (AZ-400).
• Familiarity with Traditional (on-premises) Network Infrastructure concepts such as DNS, Routing, Proxy, and WAN.
• Familiarity with the Agile framework and DevOps methodologies.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCSP would be beneficial.

Duration: 12-month contract with a possibility of extension

Location: Amstelveen, Netherlands, with occasional onsite travel as needed
