Your Role: As a Product Designer you will have the unique opportunity to shape the user experience and visual identity of our product. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our product not only meets the needs of our 20k+ daily users but also aligns with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, developers, data scientists, and industry stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a compelling user experience through intuitive and visually appealing designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate product requirements into engaging user interfaces.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
• Ensure design consistency and usability across all platforms and devices.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs effectively.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.

Your Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a technology company.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
