Position Overview:
They need Rope Access Blade Repair Technicians to support their wind turbine maintenance across the United States. The ideal candidate will excel in rope access techniques and have advanced blade repair skills, prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Perform rope access techniques for safe access to wind turbine blades.
- Conduct visual inspections and execute repairs as needed.
- Utilize specialized equipment for blade repair tasks.
- Document work activities and adhere to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with team members for project success.
Qualifications:
- IRATA certification required.
- Previous experience in wind energy blade repair preferred.
- Strong safety mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at various sites.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Valid GWO's
