Field Service Engineer

Currently, we seek a Field Service Engineer Turbochargers for our Turbochargers Department in Antwerp.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conducting maintenance and repairs proficiently
• Supervising service technicians in executing maintenance tasks, commissioning, performance tests, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Performing various maintenance tasks including planned, unplanned, preventive, and troubleshooting
• Assisting in preventive vibration measurement and analysis, leading to proactive maintenance
• Executing turbocharger maintenance tasks including installation, implementation, and troubleshooting of field services
• Independently managing individual tasks and sub-packages
• Providing operational support throughout project stages
• Implementing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards in maintenance operations
• Identifying spare parts requirements for maintenance activities
• Analysing maintenance data and proposing improvement measures

Qualifications:

• Qualified marine engineer or field service technician with a minimum of 3 years of turbocharger maintenance experience
• Technical background with expertise in electronic and pneumatic systems
• Assertive, motivated, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
• Proficient in managing time, possessing strong technical and commercial acumen
• Customer-centric, team-oriented, and adaptable
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Willing to travel frequently and at short notice within Europe (valid driver's license and passport required)
• Residing in the Antwerp region
