Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 + Monthly bouses

We're looking for a motivated leader to head up my clients air compressor service operations in Orlando. In this role, you'll wear many hats, from scheduling technicians and ensuring they have the resources they need, to responding to customer inquiries and overseeing service contracts.

This is for a distributor of industry leading products/equipment including rotary screw, reciprocating and centrifugal air compressors.

Here's what you'll do:

• Be the air traffic controller for our service technicians, creating efficient daily schedules.
• Be the voice of our service department, answering customer calls and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
• Be a quoting whiz, preparing estimates for everything from emergency repairs to preventative maintenance.
• Be a data hawk, monitoring invoices and work in progress reports to keep everything on track.
• Be a team player, collaborating with the parts department to guarantee technicians have the right parts on hand.
• Be a proactive planner, scheduling preventative maintenance agreements to keep customers' systems running smoothly.
• Be a tech wiz, inputting service data into our business systems.
• Be a leader, providing direction, coaching, and evaluation for your service technicians.
• Be a problem solver, handling employee relations and ensuring a productive, goal-oriented service department.

Bonus points if you:

• Can travel for business or training when needed.
• Can lend a hand to the sales and parts teams when necessary.
• Are a goal-setting machine, always looking for ways to improve the service department's performance.

Qualifications:

• Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments.
• Committed to safety and following PPE guidelines.
• Experienced with database software.
• A master of time management.
• A natural communicator with excellent sales skills.
• Mechanically inclined with a basic understanding of technical concepts.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Can handle moderate weight (up to 50 lbs) and operate a forklift.
• Thrive under pressure and can adapt to change.
• Minimum: Bachelor's degree or 5+ years experince (industrial background a plus).

Must haves:

• Compressed air industry experience
• Service manager or leadership/management experience
