In light of the company's expansion, they are now seeking a Project Specialist

Job Functions

• Orchestrating activities related to the acquisition of investment territories.
• Engaging in negotiations with proprietors of investment areas.
• Acquiring necessary consents, requirements, judgments, and administrative authorizations for renewable energy source (RES) investments.
• Exercising oversight over investment execution from the perspective of the investor.
• Monitoring and revising budget and timeline.
• Generating periodic progress reports for the Director of the Investment Projects Office.
• Establishing ongoing collaboration with other departments and individuals involved in executing the "Going Green" strategy.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in coordinating, specializing, or leading teams in investment projects, with preference given to those in the renewable energy sector.
• Proficiency in comprehending the various stages of investment implementation, from land acquisition to obtaining occupancy permits.
• Higher education, particularly in fields such as electrical, energy, construction, or environmental engineering.
• Familiarity with the PRINCE2 methodology and practical adeptness in utilizing tools such as MS Project.
• Completed postgraduate studies in Project Management (desirable).
• Familiarity with relevant laws and protocols required for conducting investment processes (e.g., construction law, energy law).
• Competence in utilizing geoportals.
• English language proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license (Category B) and willingness to undertake business trips.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong communication skills, openness, dedication, and negotiation acumen.
• Capability to function under time constraints, manage stress, exhibit organizational skills, punctuality, self-reliance, and consistent performance.
