Your Role:

• Lead and contribute to innovative HR-IT projects, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors implementation and optimization.
• Manage (sub-) projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
• Develop and implement innovative HR concepts that align with client needs and leverage technology.
• Conduct workshops, trainings, and presentations to educate and support clients.
• Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to provide technical expertise and support.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in SAP HCM, including project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in German and English is a must.
• A passion for technology and its application in HR.
