EPC Project and Site Manager

Our client is a leading European renewable energy company specializing in the design, construction, and maintenance of large-scale solar power plants. With a current portfolio exceeding 1.4 GWp, they are now expanding into the German market with the support of their parent company. To support this exciting growth, they are seeking their first team members in Germany for several upcoming projects.

As a Site Manager/EPC Project Manager you will manage the overall execution of utility scale solar farm construction (1-100 mW); with responsibilities ranging from health & Safety management, monitoring work against schedules, coordinating external contractors, and providing regular updates to Project Managers.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in managing the construction of utility scale solar farms (1 mW+); fluent German language skills B2+/C1 are essential.

You can expect a friendly international environment and the opportunity to play a key role in the company's expansion. You will receive extensive support from the parent company, which is already well-established in Germany.

The HQ is in Berlin but projects will be national; site visits are essential but different hybrid work models can be discussed.
