Job Description:

As an HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing HVAC projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with clients, design teams, and construction professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects while adhering to quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage HVAC projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring all project objectives are met.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, goals, and expectations.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure their successful execution.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including design engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee project procurement, including equipment and material selection, and vendor/subcontractor negotiations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Foster a culture of safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and building services.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional project teams.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
