The Role:

As a Recruiting Consultant at Darwin Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting highly skilled professionals to match our clients' specific talent needs. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to closing offers. Your ability to build relationships, understand client requirements, and identify top-tier talent will be crucial to your success in this role.

Job Description:

As a Recruiting Consultant, you will have the chance to work with clients across the United States, but what makes this role truly exceptional is the exposure you'll gain to our global network. You will interact closely with our C-suite, based in London, and collaborate with our satellite offices around the world. This position combines the best of both worlds, offering you the ability to impact clients locally while tapping into a global talent pool. (Including the opportunity to travel internationally!)
