What we're looking for:

• Technical Prowess: A CFC civil engineering draftsman (or equivalent) with a specialization in supporting structures, engineering structures, hydraulic structures, road civil engineering, road infrastructure, or urban hydraulics.
• Standards Mastery: A deep understanding of industry standards and regulations.
• Digital Dexterity: Proficiency in Autocad, Bacad, Revit, Geomensura, or other relevant IT tools.
• Analytical Mind: A keen ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions.
• Team Player: A collaborative spirit and a willingness to work effectively with others.
• Growth Mindset: A desire to continuously learn, grow, and contribute to our team's success.
