Our client is seeking a PV Project Manager for their operations in the Bern region. Your role will involve supporting the successful delivery of various solar PV projects in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

What will you be doing?

• Organize, plan, and oversee solar photovoltaic projects.
• Manage installation teams, including electricians, installers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance according to company policies.
• Diagnose and address faults in the systems promptly.
• Report on project progress and team performance.
• Monitor system performance remotely or troubleshoot onsite.

What do you bring?

• Native (C2) in Swiss German and/or German, with good English skills. Additional languages are a plus.
• Technical experience in PV and electrical industry, particularly in residential projects.
• Degree in Engineering (BSc or MSc) or CFC in Electricity.
• Project management and/or team leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Team-oriented with a passion for resolving energy challenges.
