Key responsibilities:

• Prepare necessary tools for jobs
• Gather technical data, including work procedures, drawings, spare parts, materials, machine history, issues, SPIR Lists, etc.
• Conduct stock checks
• Service, overhaul, or repair equipment according to agreed terms and quality standards
• Operate tools and machines skillfully
• Adhere to occupational, environmental, quality, and safety regulations
• Correctly use provided PPE
• Report incidents, accidents, and near-misses
• Participate in regular toolbox meetings (minimum 10 per year) and HSE, environment, quality, and safety meetings
• Identify and communicate client equipment issues to the internal organization
• Participate in regular specialized training

Qualifications:

• Qualified workshop engineer or service technician with at least 3 years of turbocharger maintenance experience
• Technical training/background with electronic and pneumatic systems knowledge
• Assertive, motivated, independent, and team-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure with excellent technical and commercial skills
• Service-oriented, team player, and flexible
• Strong English language proficiency (spoken and written)
