The Role:

As an IT Recruitment Consultant within our UK-based, USA Team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and placing IT professionals in the US market. You will work closely with our clients and candidates to understand their unique needs and aspirations, and you will leverage your networking skills to make meaningful connections that drive successful placements. Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview IT candidates for various roles in the USA.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with the USA Team to understand market trends and client needs.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job intake to offer negotiation.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
• Contribute to the growth and success of Darwin Recruitment's USA presence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, ideally within the US market.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry and technology roles.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work remotely and across different time zones.
