- Set up SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions to align with client requirements, incorporating modules such as time tracking, time sheets, and time off.
- Facilitate workshops with clients to understand their business needs and convert those into system configurations.
- Offer advice and best practices on optimizing time management processes and system setups.
- Address and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Time Management modules as part of application management support.
- Lead and guide project team members, providing mentorship, support, and knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to pre-sales efforts by conducting solution demonstrations, preparing proposals, and delivering client presentations.
- Keep abreast of the latest updates and improvements in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management features.
