About the Role:

The Central HR Service and Competence Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Head of HR Technology Solutions to join their team. This organization is responsible for overseeing personnel matters for approximately 50 municipal companies and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing Expert Support: The successful candidate will offer second-level support for city-wide HR applications, including SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and Aconso. They will analyze issues, propose solutions, and advise on best practices.
• Bridging the Gap: The Deputy Head will translate technical specifications into actionable insights for HR specialists, facilitating informed decision-making and process improvements.
• Driving Innovation: The role will involve collaborating with the municipal IT department to develop innovative HR technology solutions. The successful candidate will design functional and technical concepts, IT architecture models, and solution proposals for SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strategic Partnership: The Deputy Head will support management on various HR-IT topics, including integration and interface management.
• Fostering Collaboration: The successful candidate will work closely with HR specialists and IT professionals to ensure seamless alignment and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in supporting complex SAP HR applications and projects within a large organization.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Degree in economics, organizational sciences, or computer science, with a preference for HR-related qualifications.
• Experience with Aconso Document Management is a plus.
• A proactive and resilient mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in both German and English is a must.
