About the Position

As an AM Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the internal additive manufacturing process, including conventional post-processing. You will serve as a key liaison between development, service, sales, and production teams. Your responsibilities will encompass optimizing machine utilization, maintaining equipment in top condition, and adhering to internal customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan, and support production orders on SLM systems
• Contribute to the expansion of the conventional post-processing area
• Collaborate with internal customers and R&D teams on projects
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the internal machine park
• Drive continuous process improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in additive manufacturing and/or production/engineering
• Familiarity with conventional and additive manufacturing processes
• Experience with Materialize Magics and the MS Power Platform is a plus
• Customer-oriented, structured, and self-motivated work ethic
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, particularly in international settings
• Problem-solving attitude and a "can do" spirit
• Proficient in English
