The contract will be 9 months with extensions
The role is 100 percent remote
The role is a English speaking role - but would be nice to havea German speaker at a intermediate level / b1 +
Job Description:
Techncial Description:
Provide technical support during the EDI integration of new suppliers to the client's supply chain management platform.
Evaluate the technical readiness of new suppliers.
Collaborate closely with suppliers' technical integration teams.
Perform technical integration of EDI partners using the client's standard connection protocols.
Configure AS2, OFTP2, HTTPS partners, clients, connection types, and in- and outbound relations.
Understand and analyze basic HTTP, AS2, and OFTP2 connection errors.
Create service requests for protocol setup and firewall activation of IP addresses.
Obtain approval via ITIL standard change procedures.
Provide technical consulting to business partners in a clear, structured, and professional manner.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English with good communication skills.
Deep knowledge of EDI message transfer protocols: AS2, OFTP2, HTTPS.
Ability to work independently without supervision.
Proficiency in Tools:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.
Customer experience in IT-related 1st and 2nd-level customer support.
Strong analytical skills and a structured, conceptual approach to work with a high sense of responsibility.
