Contract Length - 12 months

Minimum Requirements:

• Proficiency in XML, XPath, and XSLT, with familiarity in an object-oriented programming language.
• Experience in designing workflows to address business and technical problems.
• A solid understanding of cloud computing, web services, and associated integration challenges.
• Excellent customer focus, with the ability to assess customer needs, build relationships, and manage expectations. You will know when to push back, escalate, or go above and beyond to satisfy a customer.
• Strong communication skills, capable of impactful, credible, and empathetic communication with customers and colleagues, including in remote working situations. Ability to formally present to senior client audiences.
• Strong commercial awareness and a comprehensive understanding of project and business dynamics.
• Broad business and technology understanding with a good awareness of industry trends in both HR and HR technology.
