Customer Service Manager - HPC, Quantum Computing, AI, Munich, Zurich
This is an important role working as a Manager of the Customer Service team for one of our main customers in Europe.
This business is a leading business focusing on Quantum Computing, High Performance Computing and AI. They help customers to grow efficiently and continuously, aiding them in adapting to future challenges and technologies.
Tasks:
- Managing a team of system engineers and application engineers for large-scale HPC, Quantum Computing, and AI solutions; providing maintenance and support and solving issues and problems
- Developing the team's skill-set and qualifications
- Managing critical service situations as well as managing service delivery whilst working with customers
- Supporting sales department on preparing service offerings, assessing risks associated with SLAs
- Working closely with external partners and suppliers for hardware and software components
Experience required:
- Experience with system installations for either HPC, Quantum Computing, and AI
- Strong experience working in customer service management
- Vast experience in understanding complex computing installations, from data centre infrastructure to application peformance
- Project and process management skills
This position would be based in either Munich or Zurich; however, working conditions would still be flexible.
Travelling to customer sites from time to time throughout Europe would also be needed.
