Are you a skilled Tender Engineer looking to make a significant impact in the world of offshore energy?

My client is a leading offshore services provider offering specialised technical solutions both above and below the waterline. They're currently in search of a Tender Engineer, a role highly important to their operations.

Your primary role as a Tender Engineer is to supervise tenders, managing all commercial and estimating duties from the initial inquiry through to the contract award stage. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

· Qualifying bids based on risk assessment and organisational capabilities

· Managing commercial aspects of tenders, including technical solutions and third-party proposals

· Conducting technical and contractual evaluations, coordinating with internal stakeholders

· Initiating and managing review cycles of bid documents

· Timely submission of bid documentation and structured follow-up in the commercial process

· Handling client clarification processes and ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards
