Shipbuilding Construction Manager

The mission:

• Manage air conditioning systems on ships: inventory, planning, and design.
• Oversee turnkey projects globally: logistics, coordination, and execution.
• Ensure smooth project completion: commissioning and service.
• Act as technical point of contact on-site: customers, subcontractors, and employees.

Your profile:

• Trained in mechanics or mechatronics (required).
• Familiarization with the field of air conditioning technology and/or shipbuilding is a huge plus.
• Previous experience as an installer would give you greater understanding of the sequence of works for coordination with outfitting contractors.
• Independent, dependable, and responsible work ethic.
• Basic English proficiency (we offer advanced training).
• German knowledge is a bonus.
• Open to international travel.
