SAP RCM/Reliability Centered Maintenance

If you are a SAP RCM Specialist ( Reliability Centered Maintenance ) then I have a great opportunity for you

The role is completely remote

You would need to speak German

• Develop, optimize, and implement role-based authorization concepts in alignment with Segregation of Duties (SoD) requirements.
• Collaborate closely with departments to provide advice on the feasibility of job and authorization management needs.
• Assist contacts with inquiries, error analysis, and authorization problem-solving.
• Oversee projects at every stage, from conceptualization and technical execution to go-live and the hypercare period.
• Assess and monitor granted authorizations to ensure compliance and security.
• Conduct customer workshops to identify and understand their needs.
• Manage subprojects within larger initiatives.

Your Profile:

• Excellent familiarity with SAP role and user management.
• Basic understanding of Fiori permission creation.
• Ideally, experience with GRC Access Control handling.
• Preferably completed training courses related to business administration, information technology, or similar fields, with a degree in those fields.
• Effective communication abilities, adaptability, and a focus on internal client needs.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in agile teams and projects.
• Enthusiastic about cutting-edge technology like SAP Cloud, SAP FIORI, SAP Business Platform, and committed to ongoing education.
• Proficiency in German at least at a B2 level is required for this role
