SAP Business Analyst – Freelance

This is a contract position and it will be for 6 months +

The role is remote -but with a vist to Waldorf every two week

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior/Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in SAP HANA, SAP BW, and SAP Data Intelligence to join our project immediately. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data warehousing, data integration architecture, and analytics cloud technologies, along with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions using SAP HANA, SAP BW, and SAP Data Intelligence.
• Develop and maintain data integration architecture to ensure seamless data flow and integration across various systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert advice on SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP S4/HANA extensibility.
• Conduct thorough analysis of customer cases to identify issues, propose solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Design and implement data warehousing solutions, leveraging SAP HANA and SAP BW to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
• Take ownership of project deliverables, ensuring high-quality results and timely completion.
• Foster a results-oriented culture, focusing on achieving outcomes rather than sticking to predefined roles.
• Continuously improve and optimize data integration processes to enhance performance and efficiency.

Must-Have Skills:

• Extensive experience with SAP HANA platform, including advanced knowledge of its capabilities and features.
• Strong expertise in SAP BW (Business Warehouse) for data warehousing and reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP Data Intelligence and other integration technologies.
• Solid understanding of data integration architecture and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud for data visualization and analytics.
• Familiarity with SAP S4/HANA extensibility and customization options.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
