Job Title: HSE Manager (Health, Safety, and Environment Manager)
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental initiatives. The HSE Manager will develop and implement policies, lead training programs, conduct audits, and drive a culture of safety and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HSE strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Create and update HSE policies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Identify risks, assess hazards, and implement preventive measures.
- Design and conduct HSE training programs for staff and contractors.
- Lead incident investigations and develop corrective actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
- Analyze data to track HSE performance and report key indicators.
- Drive continuous improvement of HSE programs and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
- X+ years of experience in HSE management.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in incident investigation and corrective actions.
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Relevant certifications (CSP, CIH, NEBOSH) are a plus.
