My client is a global energy company committed to providing sustainable and efficient solutions to meet the world's growing energy needs. As a Solar PV Land Developer, you will play a crucial role in identifying, acquiring, and developing solar photovoltaic (PV) projects across East Germany, contributing to our mission of creating a more sustainable and environmentally friendly energy landscape.
Please see the following requirements below;
Your profile:
- Completed studies with a technical or business focus with a focus on the field of renewable energies
- Initial experience in project development, especially in the development of photovoltaic projects, is desirable
- Experience in land acquisition, such as in the real estate sector, agricultural sector or renewable energies
- Knowledge in the areas of real estate law, law, technology and construction as well as technical understanding of renewable energies
- Organizational talent
- Strong negotiation skills
- Communication talent in German and German English skills
- Driving licence class B
Activities
Your tasks:
- Establishment and maintenance of a network with relevant stakeholders
- Securing and initial review of areas for PV and onshore wind projects with stakeholders
- Negotiation of land use contracts
- Inspection of areas on site
- Representing the company to landowners, authorities and community representatives and presenting photovoltaic or wind projects
- Elaboration of reports and documentation of results
