Job: Lead Analyst (Requirements/business)

Location: Bavaria, Germany

Availability: 4 days per week

Contract duration: 6 months

Our client is looking for a skilled Lead Analyst to join their team remotely on a freelance basis. Please see more information below:

Skills and Requirements:

• Expertise in analyzing business processes for IT implementation
• Experience in quality management of requirements analysis, including processes, methods, and tools
• Proven ability in developing and enhancing requirements analysis processes
• Technical proficiency in managing interfaces between technical concepts and design, as well as testing
• Experience in supporting software architecture, technical implementation, and project management
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards
• Ability to develop and establish communication and change management strategies
• Skilled in target group-oriented communication
• Experience preparing project-external communications for stakeholders such as committees, customers, and management
• Strong internal communication skills to ensure project consistency and team alignment
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and support
