As Category Development Manager eCommerce, you contribute to further developing the online and omnichannel category vision and work closely with clients to realize that vision.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the eCommerce vision and strategy with clients, collaborating on Joint Business Plans and aligning objectives with shared ambitions.
- Staying updated on eCommerce trends and developments, leveraging insights to drive growth for both current and potential clients.
- Driving innovation in eCommerce and digital, supporting clients and internal teams in navigating the digital landscape.
- Developing and executing omnichannel plans.
- Monitoring eCommerce performance, including ROI and budgets.
- Advising clients on various topics, such as online shelf plans, assortment, and activation opportunities.
- Collaborating in cross-functional project teams, spanning digital, marketing, and retail, to drive organizational success.
- Demonstrating entrepreneurial mindset, analytical skills, stakeholder management, and digital proficiency.
Key qualifications:
- Relevant work experience (5+ years) in eCommerce and/or digital.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Project management skills and persuasive abilities to execute plans effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and inspire colleagues and clients.
- Digital proficiency and a passion for innovation.
