As the leader of my client's data-handling approach, you will be at the forefront of shaping the company's IoT data architecture. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues to design, implement, and fine-tune our data pipelines and storage to support the rapid growth of the installed devices and the operation of their VPP. Your technical expertise in designing and tuning Postgres implementations at scale, as well as your knowledge of time-series NoSQL databases, will be invaluable in ensuring that our data architecture is optimized for peak performance.
Working in AWS with Kubernetes and Docker, you'll have the opportunity to demonstrate your comfort with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the deployment of innovative data pipelines. You'll also liaise with other technical teams, including the Backend and Data Science teams, as well as product and operational teams to ensure our data architecture supports the needs of our clients.
If you have experience with RocksDB or TimescaleDB and can code in Python, Haskell, or Java, you'll be well-positioned to take on this exciting role. And if you're interested in the energy/sustainability sector, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact.
