Engineering Manager Role:

• Working experience with developing and leading engineering teams
• Extensive experience in solving challenging issues, setting up new projects
• Monitoring performance across the system and ensure alignment with oversight
• Point of contact for all back-end responsibilities, code governance
• Decision making, quality assurance and agile practices key
• Ensuring structural plan set out from idea to production
• In charge of maintaining design, ecosystems and coaching global team
• Responsible for reusable services and architecture

Experience Engineering Manager:

• Strong technology experience Python/Java
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• You experience in setting up and maintaining infrastructure in Cloud
• Good knowledge of development principles i.e CI/CD TDD, Kafka
• You have strong computer science fundamentals.

Knowledge In:

• Scaling up teams and relevant HR processes

Team :

Communication will be in English, you will be dealing with an international team across the globe and Netherlands.
