For an international client of mine I am actively looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst that aims to be a part of a dynamic organization. The company is looking for candidates with can-do mentality, strong analytical and communications skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
Main responsibilities:
- Capture and translate business needs into project initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand management objectives.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing demand management processes.
- Define strategies and monitor benefit realization.
- Track results and propose adjustments as needed.
- Engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
