IT Infrastructure Solution Architect

Our client is looking for a highly technical professional with a strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure Solutions and Technology, Networks, Storage, Windows/Linux, and Databases. The key challenges you will face are on the one hand resolving technical and data dependencies in the recovery process with a need for detailed analysis and discussions with application teams, to make resulting recovery plans applicable for crises and emergency managers and to explain to senior management challenges, solution options, and results.

Location: Zürich, Switzerland

Hybrid Role: 60% Remote, 40% On Site

Startdate: 01.06.2023

Duration: 7 months +

Your background & upcoming tasks:

* Capability to prepare presentations to middle- and Sr. management

* Capability to analyse and structure complex challenges

* Capability to understand and navigate complex stakeholder environments

* Business Continuity Management and/or IT service Continuity Management expertise

* Capability and motivation to go into technical details and combine this with a big-picture view

* Develop and implement IT Infrastructure solutions to meet the needs of the company

* Design and implement IT Infrastructure solutions according to customer requirements

* Monitor and maintain IT Infrastructure solutions to ensure optimal performance

* Analyse and assess customer requirements to identify potential issues and risks

* Identify and resolve any issues or problems with the IT Infrastructure

* Provide technical support and guidance to customers

* Conduct research and stay up to date with new technologies and trends in the IT Infrastructure field

* Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

* Design, develop, and test IT Infrastructure solutions

* Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise for IT Infrastructure solutions

Your skillset:

* At least 6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Solutions and Technology

* Extensive experience in Network, Storage, Windows/Linux, and Databases

* Knowledge of industry standards and best practices

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations

* Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
