Project Manager with PV experience

Your Role:

• Responsible for the processes of installing solar systems on our customers' roofs
• You act as the central link between all parties involved (customer, installation company, network operator) and are largely responsible for customer satisfaction
• Control our external partner companies
• Carry out quality controls and provide support with hardware procurement if required
• You identify the needs and wishes of the customers and bring
• You develop measures and concrete suggestions for improvement
• You consistently pursue your goals and always have an eye on the relevant KPIs
• You report to the General Manager Switzerland

Your Requirements:

• Professional experience in the solar industry
• PV experience
• Completed training, commercial or technical studies
• A clear and convincing communication as well as a binding appearance
• You have strong organizational and process skills
• You like improvements and always question the status quo
• You are fluent in German and ideally have a command of another official Swiss language (French/Italian)
