What's the process?

On joining Darwin, there is the option of either becoming a 'vertical market skills' delivery consultant with the permanent or contract teams or as 'account delivery consultant' with the Enterprise account teams (focused on one customer). Once you have a thorough understanding of your technical market and the market you're recruiting for (as well as VISA and relocation requirements) you can start to build a network of talent, learn the business processes, understand how to perform market research and complete systems training before taking on a 360 role.

After a time, ranging from 4 weeks to 6 months, you're able to transition to 'end to end' recruitment placements much quicker and with greater confidence, leading to a longer and more successful career at Darwin.
