Salesforce - FSC Solution Architect

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

We are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce - FSC Solution Architect to join our team in Prague. As a Salesforce - FSC Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that optimize the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) platform for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs using the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Lead technical discussions with clients to explain design options, limitations, and trade-offs
• Configure the FSC platform and customize it to meet client requirements
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on the FSC platform
• Develop and implement best practices for configuration management, compliance, and security
• Maintain and improve existing FSC solutions
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) platform
• Experience with FSC implementations, including customizing data models, processes, and interfaces
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP web services, API, and middleware
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce development tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English
