SAP Support Analyst focused on Production Planning for Process Industries

(Food and Beverage Industry)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Support Analyst to join our team and provide support for Production Planning in Process Industries. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing SAP systems used in production planning and scheduling, working closely with users to ensure that the system meets their needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide SAP support and training to end-users in production planning processes and functionalities.
• Work closely with the business users to identify and address system issues, and develop and implement solutions that improve SAP processes and functionalities.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to optimize and improve processes.
• Work closely with other teams to maintain and enhance SAP configurations, customization, and reports.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing and implementation of new functionalities, including documenting test cases and results.
• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users.
• Ensure system compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with SAP Production Planning modules (PP) in Process Industries (PI).
• Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0, S/4HANA, and related tools and technologies.
• Good understanding of production planning processes and principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
