They are looking to add an Embedded Developer to their software engineering team where you are going to work with over 20 highly skilled Software Engineers in various technologies.
The company that you are going to work for is a fast-growing SME based in Amsterdam that develops cutting-edge technology solutions for the EV domain. Their innovative products have been recognized and awarded internationally, and they are constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible with EV technology. They are now looking for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join their team and help them continue to drive innovation in this exciting and dynamic industry.
As an Embedded Software Engineer in their EV domain team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the software that controls their EV systems. You will work closely with the hardware engineers to design and develop embedded software solutions that meet the specific requirements of our products. You will also be involved in testing, debugging, and optimizing the software to ensure that it meets its high standards of quality and reliability.
Embedded Software Engineer - Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement embedded software solutions for our EV products
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure software and hardware integration
- Write and maintain technical documentation and test reports
- Test, debug, and optimize software to ensure high levels of quality and reliability
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in EV technology
Embedded Software Engineer - Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in embedded software development for the EV domain
- Strong programming skills in C and C++
- Experience with software development tools and processes such as Git, Jira, Agile, and Scrum
- Familiarity with EV systems and related technologies such as power electronics, battery management systems, and motor control
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
