Job Description:

The Solar PV Engineer will be responsible for designing, testing, and commissioning solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of solar energy and its application to real-world scenarios. They will be able to analyze and assess system performance, identify issues and propose solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, test and commission solar photovoltaic systems

* Develop project-specific designs and specifications for solar PV systems

* Create detailed drawings, specifications, and project plans

* Conduct site assessments and surveys to determine system requirements

* Review and analyze system performance data to identify opportunities for improvement

* Work closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success

* Conduct feasibility studies and energy audits

* Develop and maintain technical documentation for solar PV projects

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar PV design, testing, and commissioning

* Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of solar energy and its application to real-world scenarios

* Proficiency in solar PV design software (such as PVSyst, Helioscope, or SAM)

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
