For one of our international clients, we are seeking and experienced Sustainability Transformation Manager to drive the development of sustainability KPIs and improvement projects in collaboration with relevant Technology teams. As the Sustainability Manager for Technology, you will also support different management teams in understanding and complying with environmental legislation and sustainability developments. You will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of policies and standards and assisting managers in different teams to understand their obligations. Additionally, you will be expected to report on environmental performance at the leadership team level.
About you:
- Bachelor degree, preferably within Technical/IT or Business Information Management with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
- Knowledge and a broad interest in sustainability, be familiar with laws and guidelines, and have the ability to translate them into internal guidelines
- Excellent motivational and coaching skills
